I didn’t start this journey with a silver spoon or a safety net — I built it from the ground up in one of the most competitive markets in the country: South Florida.
In 2019, I opened my first real estate investment office in Broward County. I cut my teeth sourcing off-market, distressed single-family and multifamily properties across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. Every lead came from pure hustle — door knocking, cold calling, foreclosure auctions, short sales, direct mail, and text campaigns.
